Day 3 in #hellocreativebiz challenge and what is it I do? #intentionalcreativity is a method in which I create my work. It is a path to accessing what is within – the language of the heart, working with mindfulness in whatever we set our hands to. I use #paint, #markers, #collage and create layers while pondering what comes up in my #imagination and #visionscreen (like an imaginary computer screen in front of me) Between layers, writing in my #artjournal the thoughts, images, and words give me a way to record the flow of thoughts while painting. The use of #symbols and #shapes flows from my #paintbrush (my #magicwand) onto the #canvas (a portal to the cosmic world). Currently I'm working on several projects including a #blackmadonna painting, #ayearandaday painting called #IMAGINE, and several #artjournal pieces.
